As Managing Director, Olga is leading Sulzer US expansion which includes building the company's presence in the DC-metro area and leading all brand communications and marketing.
Olga brings abundant energy and enthusiasm to Sulzer US, as well as a wealth of experience managing and growing client relationships and teams.
Most recently, Olga was the Head of Client Services for Wunderman Thompson Employ (formerly J Walter Thompson INSIDE), where she led global employer brand and recruitment marketing engagements for Fortune 500 companies and the federal government.
Throughout her career, Olga has built purpose-driven teams and partnered with clients in developing measurable programs that moved their organizations forward.
Notably, she led re-brand and recruitment strategy efforts for General Motors and Northrop Grumman, in partnership with client C-Suite leaders and their teams.
Olga is multi-lingual and has a BA in Public Communications and Spanish from American University’s Honors Program in Washington, DC.
Previous experiences include roles in public affairs and public relations.
