Cristina LaBoy serves as the Human Resources Generalist for Sulzer US, working across all HR and recruiting functions.
Currently, she works in collaboration with the executive team to recruit, hire, and support employees throughout their careers while making Sulzer a great place to work.
Prior to joining Sulzer, Cristina worked in the financial services industry as an Associate Wealth Management Advisor where she supported wealth management and insurance clients.
Cristina earned a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication and a minor in Marketing from Montclair State University.
She holds the designation of Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
